Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized university or institute:

• B.Sc (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry)

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering

Candidates must have minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in aggregate.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 24 years

Age will be calculated as on 28 February 2026.

Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (NCL): 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years.

Selection Process

The selection process for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment includes:

1. Preparation of merit list based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

2. Document Verification for shortlisted candidates.

3. Medical Fitness Test before final engagement.

Stipend
