 STPI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

 1. Administrative Officer (A-V) 

For direct recruitment, candidates must fulfil either of the following:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 6 years’ experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance; OR
• Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 4 years’ experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance.

Desirable qualification: Diploma in Personnel/Financial/Purchase Management.

Alternatively, an MBA from a recognized university with one year of experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance is also mentioned in the notice.

For absorption, eligible officers from Central/State Government, PSUs and Autonomous Bodies must satisfy the conditions prescribed in the notification, including holding an analogous post or having the specified regular service in Pay Matrix Level 6.
